Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Partner at UNIPREP. The role involves establishing and nurturing partnerships with employers and educational institutions. Responsibilities include expanding partnerships, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, organizing campus placement events, and promoting the platform's services. The Regional Partner will also be responsible for identifying regional opportunities to broaden the platform's user base and ensure collaboration effectiveness. Qualifications Strong partnership and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain collaborations with stakeholders Sales, business development, and networking capabilities to expand regional connections Project management skills to oversee placement events and ensure smooth execution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse teams Knowledge of the recruitment and education sectors is an advantage Ability to work independently and contribute to organizational goals Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
