Mid to senior. In-person, Hyderabad. What you'll do Ship AI-powered products end to end. Models, backend, frontend, evals, infra — whatever it takes. You'll work directly with founders/leadership, move fast, and own what you build. What we're looking for You've built and shipped real things. Side projects, startups, open source, production systems — we care about output, not pedigree. Fluent across the stack. You can take an idea to a working product without waiting for someone else. Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs: RAG, agents, evals, prompting, fine-tuning. You know what actually works vs. what's hype. Strong taste. You make good decisions about what to build, what to cut, and when something's good enough. Bias to action. You'd rather ship and iterate than plan for weeks.
