Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role located in Bengaluru. The Aptitude Trainer will plan, design, and deliver engaging aptitude training sessions on topics such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, assessing student performance, conducting practice tests, providing constructive feedback, and guiding students to improve their problem-solving and exam-taking skills. The Aptitude Trainer will collaborate with other educators to monitor student progress and develop strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability Strong teaching and presentation skills to deliver complex topics effectively Ability to prepare and evaluate practice tests and provide constructive feedback Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners Experience using digital tools and resources for learning and development is a plus Prior training or teaching experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation A bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, or a related field is preferred Ability to work from the Bengaluru location
