**We're Hiring: Meta Ads Performance Marketer / Media Buyer** Vybes Lifestyle is looking for a **performance-driven Meta Ads Media Buyer** who understands D2C, creative testing, and scaling. This is not a basic boost posts role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of Meta Ads, test creatives aggressively, analyze numbers deeply, and scale winning campaigns profitably. **Role & Responsibilities:** * Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for Vybes Lifestyle * Test new creatives, hooks, angles, offers, and audiences * Identify winning ads and scale them with proper campaign structure * Work on ABO, CBO, Advantage+, retargeting, and scaling campaigns * Track daily performance across CPP, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency, and spend * Understand product margins and optimize campaigns for profitable growth * Give clear creative feedback to designers/video editors based on ad performance * Build a consistent creative testing pipeline * Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and action plans * Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, D2C marketing, and creative formats **Who We're Looking For:** * Experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce / D2C brands * Strong understanding of creative testing and scaling * Good analytical mindset — should know how to read numbers, not just launch ads * Experience with Shopify brands will be a plus * Should be proactive, fast-moving, and performance-focused * Should understand that creatives drive Meta performance **Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) **Work Mode:** Work From Office **Location:** Pune **Brand:** Vybes Lifestyle If you have experience scaling D2C brands on Meta and love testing creatives, we'd love to connect.
