Job Title: Senior Associate PR & Media Relations Role Objective Drive strong brand visibility for Warehouse by Mudita s events and GPW through strategic media relations, PR seeding with high posting rates, influencer engagement, PR gifs curation and event PR—while ensuring message consistency and cost efficiency. Job Responsibilities 1. Media Relations & Outreach Build and maintain relationships with relevant print, digital, fashion, lifestyle, and business media Identify target media outlets and proactively pitch brand stories, events, and announcements Draft and distribute press releases and brand communications 2. Influencer & PR Seeding Plan and execute PR seeding and influencer gifting aligned with brand positioning Curate high-intent media and influencer lists for PR kits Manage influencer outreach, guest lists, and confirmations for events 3. PR Kit Ideation & Vendor Management Ideate aesthetic PR kits for different campaigns citywise Coordinate PR kit production including vendor management, dispatch, and follow-ups Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of all PR-related logistics 4. Event PR & Coordination Act as the primary PR and media point of contact during events Facilitate interviews, media interactions, and influencer coordination Support event visibility through strategic media and influencer engagement 5. Strategy, Tracking & Reporting Track industry trends and competitor PR activities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Plan and manage PR budgets and vendor costs Maintain PR trackers, media coverage logs, and documentation Candidate from an agency and with Fashion Backgroud is preferred.
