Location: Noida Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in choosing the right fitness and certification programs. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, driving enrollments, and ensuring a smooth admission process. Key Responsibilities Counsel students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms regarding available courses Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Handle end-to-end admission process (lead to enrollment) Follow up with leads and maintain conversion ratios Maintain student records and update CRM regularly Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth onboarding Achieve monthly enrollment targets Requirements Graduate in any field (preferred from Education/EdTech background) 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools Target-driven and self-motivated Preferred Background Candidates from companies like Byju's, Unacademy, Physics Wallah, or other EdTech/Education firms will be preferred.
