The Retail Salesperson will assist customers by providing product recommendations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include managing retail sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling transactions, and contributing to in-store sales targets, B2B sales. The role also involves keeping product knowledge up to date and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Qualifications Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to provide recommendations based on customer preferences Excellent Retail Sales skills, including upselling and closing sales effectively Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coworkers Customer Service skills to enhance the shopping experience and address customer needs Basic understanding of Sales principles and the ability to work towards sales targets Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute positively to the store's success Ability to remain organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus B2B sales
