Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and innovative Gen AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases. Build intelligent AI solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks. Develop and optimize prompt engineering techniques for various business applications. Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise systems. Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI agents. Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs. Implement scalable AI pipelines and deploy models in cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Ensure AI solutions follow security, governance, and performance best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning technologies. Required Skills Strong experience in Python Programming. Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts and applications. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI model optimization. Experience with frameworks/tools like: LangChain LlamaIndex Hugging Face OpenAI APIs Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) Experience in building RAG-based applications. Understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with AI Agents and Autonomous Workflows. Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment. Experience in chatbot or conversational AI development. Exposure to fine-tuning and model evaluation techniques. Understanding of scalable distributed systems.
