About the Role We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People team at 5paisa Capital's Thane office. This is a dual-function role covering both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, offering well-rounded exposure to core HR functions in a listed BFSI organization. Talent Acquisition Responsibilities Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and social channels Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet Draft and publish job postings across platforms Assist with offer rollouts and pre-joining follow-ups Track hiring TATs and share weekly MIS reports HRBP Responsibilities Support employee onboarding and induction processes Assist in HR documentation — offer letters, confirmations, NDAs Handle employee queries and escalate where required Support exit formalities and separation paperwork Help with engagement initiatives and pulse surveys Maintain employee records and HRMS data hygiene Assist in preparing HR decks and dashboards for reviews Who We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools High ownership mindset with willingness to handle both TA and HRBP work Prior HR internship experience preferred but not mandatory Interest in the BFSI / FinTech sector is a plus What You'll Gain End-to-end recruitment exposure in a high-volume environment HRBP operations experience in a listed financial services company Mentorship from senior HR professionals Certificate of internship completion Real project ownership, not just administrative support Conversion Opportunity High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship period.
