EasyPlace is a job discovery and aggregation platform. We collect and display job and internship listings sourced from multiple third-party job boards so that students and early-career professionals can find opportunities in one place.

EasyPlace is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer. We do not hire on behalf of any company, conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, or participate in any part of the hiring process. Any job application you submit goes directly to the company or platform that posted the listing.

We do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, offer letters, or any specific employment outcome as a result of using EasyPlace. The platform exists solely to make job discovery easier.

Job and internship listings displayed on EasyPlace are aggregated from external sources including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, Internshala, Freshersworld, and others. While we make efforts to display relevant and recent listings, we do not individually verify each posting for accuracy, authenticity, or availability.

Listings may occasionally be expired, inaccurate, or duplicated due to delays between the source platform and our aggregation. EasyPlace is not responsible for errors in job descriptions, salary information, location details, or company information as listed by the original publisher.

If you encounter a listing that appears fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate, please report it to us via the contact page so we can take appropriate action.

EasyPlace strongly advises users to never pay any fee to apply for a job. Legitimate employers do not charge candidates for job applications. If any listing on our platform or any redirected platform requests payment, treat it as a red flag and report it immediately.

When you click the "Apply" button on any listing, you are redirected to the original job posting on a third-party platform. From that point, the terms and conditions of that platform govern your interaction, including how your personal data and resume are handled.

EasyPlace has no control over and takes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, hiring decisions, or any outcomes arising from your use of those external platforms. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a prospective employer.

Before submitting your resume, Aadhaar, bank details, or any sensitive documents on an external platform, we strongly recommend reviewing that platform's privacy policy and terms independently.

By subscribing to EasyPlace, you consent to receiving job alerts, platform updates, curated listings, and career tips via email. If you provided your phone number, you also consent to receiving SMS notifications for time-sensitive job updates.

We will never sell, rent, or share your contact details with any third party for marketing purposes. Subscription data is used solely to send you content directly from EasyPlace.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by reaching out to us directly. Removal from the list will be processed within 48 hours.

EasyPlace displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. These advertisements help us keep the platform free for all users.

The content of these advertisements is controlled entirely by the respective ad partners and is not reviewed or endorsed by EasyPlace. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any advertised product or service.

EasyPlace does not recommend or vouch for any company, product, or service advertised on the platform. Users should exercise independent judgement before acting on any advertisement.

The blog articles, career guides, and informational content published on EasyPlace are for general informational purposes only. Refund eligibility, delivery timelines, and service scope will be communicated at the time of purchase or service agreement. If you have questions about a specific service, please contact us before making a payment.

The EasyPlace name, logo, brand identity, website design, and all original content are owned by EasyMinds and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Job listings displayed on EasyPlace remain the property of their original publishers. EasyPlace does not claim ownership over third-party job content.

Nothing in these terms grants you any licence or right to use EasyPlace's brand, name, or assets for commercial or personal projects without explicit written permission from EasyMinds.

EasyPlace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content on the platform.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or shut down the platform temporarily for maintenance or other operational reasons without prior notice.

Any reliance you place on information from EasyPlace — including job listings, salary figures, blog articles, or company descriptions — is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyPlace and EasyMinds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Job application rejections or missed employment opportunities
• Inaccurate or outdated job listing information
• Actions taken by third-party platforms you are redirected to
• Platform downtime, data loss, or technical errors
• Loss or exposure of personal information due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

This limitation applies regardless of whether EasyPlace was advised of the possibility of such damages.

EasyPlace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For significant changes, we may notify active subscribers via email. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of EasyPlace after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of EasyPlace shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
