SEM Analyst We're looking for a detail-oriented SEM Analyst to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with data analysis to ensure accurate budget pacing, clean tracking, and reliable performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Launch and manage always-on and promotional campaigns using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor Monitor and control daily/monthly budget pacing Ensure strict adherence to campaign taxonomy and tracking standards Own platform troubleshooting and support coordination Consolidate paid search reporting using GA4, ERP data, and Shopify exports Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds Analyze performance using advanced Excel techniques Requirements Experience in SEM / Paid Search Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and GMC Strong GA4 and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas) E-commerce experience (Shopify preferred) Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
