Customer Support Intern (Client Coordination) Location: Guwahati Duration: [3–6 months] Stipend: Will be provided [Candidate should be from Guwahati] About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to join our team. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing scheduling, and supporting day-to-day customer operations. Key Responsibilities Call clients to schedule product installations and training sessions Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution and confirmations Maintain and update data in Google Sheets / Excel Track installation, training, and delivery status Follow up with clients for updates and confirmations (These responsibilities align with typical customer support intern roles that involve handling calls, updating records, and assisting with scheduling and coordination tasks ) Requirements Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel Comfortable with calling and interacting with clients Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through Who Should Apply Students or freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support & operations Candidates who are proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
