Business Development Executive
About the Role
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating and following up on franchise leads, building customer relationships, and promoting company services to achieve sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, basic CRM and computer knowledge, adaptability, and effective time management. Initiate outbound calls to potential franchise enquiries to introduce and promote our services. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads. Build rapport with potential customers. Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Follow predefined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain consistency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. Effective verbal communication skills are required. Candidate should possess active listening abilities. Skills: Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts and strategies is essential. A good understanding of the product or service to effectively communicate its benefits to potential customers. Effective time management skills are essential for maximizing productivity in the job role. Basic proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems is required for this position. The ability to think spontaneously to resolve customer issues is essential.
