We're Hiring: Data Analyst – Business Intelligence We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Team. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and supporting global clients in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Build and manage Power BI dashboards for operational support. Work with large datasets, SQL queries, and Microsoft ecosystem tools (Fabric, Azure, Power Automate, Lakehouse, Copilot). Support multiple accounts across industries. Collaborate daily with client services teams and external clients. Train end users in analytics and reporting. Handle predictive analytics, infrastructure changes, VMS transitions, and ticket-based reporting modifications. What We're Looking For: Strong expertise in Power BI. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Automate, Lakehouse environments, Copilot. Experience in Data Analysis of Workforce/Staffing data is a must. Experience with Dax, Tableu, SQL commands. Experience with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) is a major plus. Ability to join meetings and explain analytics to non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability to support multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Must be able to work US Time Zones.
