Role Description We are looking for a motivated entry-level Analyst based in India to support the review and analysis of US wealth management portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong academic background in finance or accounting who are interested in gaining exposure to U.S. retirement systems, regulatory compliance, and global financial services. Key Responsibilities Review 401(k) plan documents, including plan agreements, amendments, and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) Analyze plan provisions and operations against ERISA and DOL compliance requirements Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and documentation inconsistencies Support preparation and review of Form 5500 filings and related compliance reports Analyze plan data (contributions, eligibility, vesting schedules, distributions) Assist in preparing clear, client-ready findings and recommendations Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation of plan reviews Track regulatory updates and assess their potential impact on client plans Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party administrators Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce (B.Com), or related field from a recognized university Strong academic foundation in financial concepts, including accounting, investments, and financial analysis 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships in financial services, KPO/BPO, audit, or compliance roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and structured documents Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reconciliations) and MS Office tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of structured data Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Additional Qualifications Exposure to U.S. financial systems, retirement plans, or ERISA concepts (through coursework, certifications, or experience) Experience in financial operations, benefits administration, or audit/compliance support roles Professional certifications or progress toward qualifications such as CA, CFA (Level 1), CPA (aspirant), or similar Familiarity with Form 5500, plan audits, or compliance testing concepts Experience working in global delivery or offshore support models Core Competencies Strong financial and analytical foundation aligned with formal education in finance/accounting Ability to understand and apply regulatory concepts in a structured manner High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and professionally Strong time management and ability to work across time zones (U.S. coordination) Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information Why Join Us Opportunity to work on U.S. retirement plans and build ERISA compliance expertise Exposure to global financial services and regulatory frameworks Structured training and career progression opportunities Collaborative, international work environment Support for professional certifications and skill development
