Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chikkaballapura. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the home loan application process. You will engage in customer service, provide financial assistance, and work towards achieving sales and business targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Business Relationship Management and Sales skills to build trust and meet organizational goals Finance knowledge to assist and guide clients effectively through financial decisions Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience Ability to work independently and maintain accountability toward targets Prior experience in banking, finance, or housing finance is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
