The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales teams. Key tasks include creating tailored training materials, conducting workshops and presentations, providing coaching, and evaluating the success of training programs through measurable outcomes. Salary : 55K upto Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development Exceptional Presentation Skills to effectively deliver training sessions Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact confidently with diverse teams Ability to design and implement training programs tailored to organizational goals Flexibility to work remotely and independently Proven experience in training sales teams and improving their performance Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
