If you're looking to learn sales in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup, this role will push you to grow quickly. ⸻ What You'll Do This role sits at the intersection of sales, communication, and learner experience. Learner Engagement & Consultative Selling ● Speak with prospective learners and understand their career goals ● Guide them toward the right programs through clear, honest conversations ● Address questions, concerns, and objections with empathy and clarity Pre-Sales & Lead Management ● Engage with inbound leads and follow up consistently ● Move prospects through the funnel with timely and personalized communication ● Maintain strong intent and conversion hygiene Sales Exposure & Relationship Building ● Build trust with learners—this role is advisory, not pushy sales ● Work closely with sales and post-sales teams to understand the full journey ● Get hands-on exposure to real sales conversations and closures Operations & Feedback Loop ● Maintain accurate updates in CRM and internal trackers ● Share learner insights and feedback to improve messaging and processes Growth & Ownership ● Take on additional responsibilities as the business scales ● Learn to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment ⸻ What You Bring ● Strong verbal communication and basic sales aptitude ● Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel ● Ability to think on your feet and solve problems ● Self-driven mindset with willingness to learn and improve ● Basic familiarity with CRMs or tech tools (good to have) ● Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory ⸻ Why Join Airtribe ● Learn sales end-to-end (pre-sales, sales, and post-sales exposure) ● Fast growth with a clear PPO opportunity based on performance ● Work closely with experienced sales leaders ● High-ownership, high-learning startup culture
