Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-caller, based in Mumbai. The Tele-caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about the institute's services to prospective students, and addressing their queries. The role also involves scheduling appointments for counseling sessions, following up with leads to ensure conversion, and maintaining a database of customers. Additionally, the Tele-caller will collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to support the admissions process effectively. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address inquiries effectively. Customer service and relationship-building abilities to engage with potential students and their families. Familiarity with telecommunication tools and proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, leads follow-up, and maintaining detailed records. Proficiency in English and regional languages is an advantage. A team player with a proactive attitude and ability to meet targets and deadlines. Basic knowledge or interest in education consultancy or overseas education is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
