About the Role

alist.lab — Marketing & PR Intern Location: New | Duration: 6-12 months | Type: In-person Who We Are alist.lab is a strategy-first brand growth agency. We work with premium consumer brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, food & beverage, and lifestyle — helping them build cultural relevance, creator ecosystems, and communities that actually mean something. We don't just run campaigns. We build brands. Our work spans influencer marketing, experiential activations, AI content, social media, and strategic consultancy — all under one roof, all in service of making brands feel alive. The Role: This is a generalist internship designed for someone who wants to understand how modern brands are actually built — not from a textbook, but from the inside. You'll work directly alongside our core team across client work, creator outreach, content planning, event execution, and PR — getting real exposure across every function rather than being siloed into one task. What You'll Actually Do Support campaign execution across influencer and creator partnerships — briefing, coordination, tracking, and follow-up Assist with creator research, outreach, and relationship management across categories Help build and maintain media lists, PR databases, and press outreach Contribute to content planning — social calendars, campaign narratives, and brand storytelling Support on-ground execution at client events and brand activations Conduct category research, competitor audits, and trend tracking to support client strategy Draft client-facing documents — reports, trackers, briefs, and communication summaries Assist with new business research and proposal support Who We're Looking For Recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field — though we care far more about mindset than degree Genuinely interested in the world of creators, content, brand culture, and experiential marketing Strong written communication — you can write a sharp email, a clean brief, and an engaging caption without being told three times Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same Someone who pays attention to culture — you notice what's trending, what brands are doing well, and why certain campaigns land Bonus: existing interest or experience in PR, influencer marketing, event coordination, or content creation What You'll Walk Away With A full understanding of how a premium brand consultancy operates end-to-end Real client exposure across multiple brand categories Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, PR, content, and events — not one, all of them A professional network in the creator and brand ecosystem A portfolio of actual work, not hypothetical projects A strong foundation if brand strategy, marketing consultancy, or creative direction is where you want to build your career What This Is Not This is not a coffee-and-printing internship.
