Position: Tender Executive Location: New Delhi Employment Type Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a smart, proactive, detail-oriented Tender Executive who can manage and coordinate government and private tenders from identification to submission. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build deep expertise in the Indian procurement ecosystem and grow into a highly skilled tendering and business operations professional. The selected candidate will work directly with senior management and will gain exposure to real-time high-value projects, strategic bidding, vendor coordination, pricing analysis, documentation, and government procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Search and identify relevant tenders through: GeM Portal Bids and Proposals making CPPP Defence procurement portals State government portals PSU and institutional tenders Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications Prepare and manage: Tender documentation Compliance sheets Technical bid submissions Commercial bid submissions EMDs, PBGs, declarations, and supporting documents Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, internal teams, and clients for required documents and quotations Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, bid openings, and project updates Maintain tender databases, records, and documentation systematically Assist in pricing strategy, bid preparation, and commercial analysis Handle communication with government departments and procurement authorities when required Support business development and strategic procurement initiatives Desired Skills Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work under deadlines Smart analytical and problem-solving mindset Basic understanding of Excel, Word, and documentation management Fast learner with a growth-oriented attitude Experience with GeM or tender portals is preferred but not mandatory
