Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Executive at our Lucknow office. The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand campaigns. Responsibilities include planning and executing influencer outreach strategies, managing relationships with influencers, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance. The role also involves contributing to marketing initiatives and working closely with internal teams to ensure the success of campaigns. Qualifications Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, audiences, and potential influencer partnerships Excellent Communication skills with the ability to create and nurture relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive campaign success and strengthen brand awareness Understanding of social media trends, platforms, and influencer marketing principles Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Prior experience with influencer outreach or digital marketing campaigns is a plus
