About the Role You'll be our Content & Social Media Intern — the person who writes the captions people screenshot, manages the handles people follow, and helps brands actually sound like humans on the internet. Remote. Paid. 3 months. Full-time. Possible full-time role after, if you crush it. Key Responsibilities Content Writing Write captions, hooks, carousel scripts, and reel copy for client social media handles Draft blog posts, website content, and long-form articles when required Research trends, references, and competitor content to inform creative direction Contribute ideas in campaign brainstorms for brand launches and content series Social Media Management Manage client social media handles across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Schedule, post, and publish content as per approved monthly calendars Coordinate with designers and motion artists to brief and ship posts on time Handle community management, including replies to comments and direct messages Track post performance, compile weekly and monthly reports, and contribute to content reviews Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of deliverables Required Skills and Qualifications Strong written communication skills in English Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current content formats Ability to adapt writing tone across different brand voices (luxury, premium, playful, conversational) Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer is an added advantage Prior experience managing social media for a college club, personal brand, or freelance project is preferred Eligibility Must have completed graduation No ongoing academic commitments during the internship period Available to work full-time for the entire 3-month duration What We Offer Monthly stipend Hands-on experience working with real clients across industries and geographies Direct mentorship from agency leadership and senior team members Certificate of completion Strong consideration for a full-time role based on performance How to Apply Email your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] and CC [HIDDEN TEXT] Subject Line: Application for Content & Social Media Intern – [Your Full Name] In your email, include: A brief note on why you want to work at Arting Out Loud Links to writing samples, social media handles you have managed, or relevant portfolio work Applications without the correct subject line or CC will not be considered.
