Job Description: Astroverse is looking for passionate, energetic, and creative STEM Educators to join our growing team. As a STEM Educator, you will work with students through interactive, hands-on learning experiences in the fields of Astronomy, Space Technology, Robotics, and AI. You will collaborate with experienced educators to conduct workshops, deliver engaging STEM programs, and inspire the next generation of innovators and explorers. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct interactive and hands-on STEM workshops for students Deliver engaging educational programs in schools and institutions Teach concepts related to astronomy, robotics, hydro-rocketry, telescope-making, space science, and related STEM fields Design presentations, activities, and experiential learning materials Assist in developing STEM and space-science curriculum modules Use creative teaching methods and educational tools to enhance student learning Encourage curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking among students Create a fun, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment What We're Looking For Passion for STEM education and working with students Strong communication and presentation skills Enthusiasm for hands-on and experiential learning Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching methods Prior experience in teaching, workshops, robotics, astronomy, or science communication is a plus Training & Work Structure Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month training program at our office in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. After successful completion of the training, educators will be assigned to schools and educational programs. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc), Physics, M.Sc, B.Tech, or a related education field Strong understanding of fundamental physics and basic STEM concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills Basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) Ability to create educational presentations and workshop materials Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus Passion for teaching and science communication Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to engage students across different age groups Creativity in designing learning experiences and workshops Comfort using technology and digital tools in education Why Join Us Be part of a mission-driven team working to popularize STEM and space science in India Work in a creative, fast-growing, and innovation-driven environment Help shape young minds and inspire the next generation of scientists and explorers This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about STEM education, space science, and experiential learning.
