Requirements Proven experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) configuration and processing Integration with FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management) Exposure to S/4HANA environments Understanding of sales, logistics, and finance processes Ability to manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle Experience with order management, billing, and invoicing Strong communication skills to collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities Roles and Responsibilities Configure SAP SD and integrated modules (FI/MM) to optimize sales order processing, pricing, and shipping. Ensure SAP system setup supports smooth end-to-end O2C processes. Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders, including Customer inquiry Quotation (VA21) Sales order creation (VA01) Delivery processing Billing and invoicing Identify opportunities for automation and workflow efficiency enhancements. Reduce Order-to-Cash cycle time. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to resolve issues related to billing, shipping, and orders. Provide support to end-users and ensure regulatory compliance in transactions. Work with sales, logistics, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
