Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with dental clinics, and effectively communicating the value of AURUM Health's compliance and infrastructure solutions. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with both the operations and marketing teams. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to understand and present compliance and infrastructure solutions in a clear and impactful manner Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple client interactions and deliverables Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and a good understanding of the Kerala dental market is a plus Proficiency with CRM tools and basic software applications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in healthcare sales or compliance domains is advantageous but not mandatory
