Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day order processing and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers and logistics software and should ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities Process daily orders and prepare them for dispatch. Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery. Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests. Update order status and tracking details in the system. Handle returns, replacements, and RTO coordination. Maintain proper records of dispatch, inventory movement, and shipments. Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and accounts teams. Ensure timely dispatch to meet delivery SLAs. Requirements Basic to good knowledge of computers and day-to-day software usage. Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory. Experience with logistics platforms such as Unicommerce, Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc., will be an added advantage. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or dispatch operations preferred (Freshers with relevant skills may apply). Can start immediately Additional Skills (Preferred) Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock reconciliation. Problem-solving mindset and coordination skills. Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
