About the Role
Location : Mohali Shift : Rotational Job Summary We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator (L1) to support day-to-day service operations by handling customer requests, coordinating with field technicians, and ensuring timely ticket resolution. Freshers with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Receive and log customer service requests through email or ticketing systems Assign tickets to field engineers/technicians and track progress Coordinate visit schedules and communicate updates to customers Follow up with technicians for timely service completion Update ticketing systems with accurate information and status updates Escalate delays or unresolved issues to relevant teams Validate service reports and close tickets after completion Ensure service activities are completed within defined SLA timelines Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of customer support or service desk operations Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ticketing tools is preferred Eligibility Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Freshers are welcome to apply Candidates with 0–6 months of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Customer Support, or Coordination roles will be preferred
