About Third Party Products: The Third Party Product team responsible for managing all the revenue streams from all Non-Core banking products for the Bank About the Role: The IPG General Insurance Product Team member is responsible for managing the Non Life Revenue line for the Liability sales team. The role will encompass the following. The Product team is also responsible for managing stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Key Responsibilities Responsible for launching new products curated for the channel. Responsible for creating new business models like co-origination along with NTB acquisition along with the regular cross-sell Conduct strategic planning and monitoring resource level productivity by enhancing sales processes Responsible for channel management and insurance partner management. Coordinate reporting and MIS responsibilities with the relevant departments to maintain daily rigor Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills Ability to work effectively across functions and Hierarchy. Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to conceptualize and implement competent sales strategies
