We are backed by investors such as Peak XV (earlier Sequoia Surge), Emergent Ventures, and Arc180. We are in the process of scaling the organization and are in a high-growth phase. Job Location: Bangalore Job Type: Work from Office Start Date: Immediate The role As an Associate Product Manager, you will partner with world-class engineers and designers to shape next-generation AI products for B2B marketers. Work directly with enterprise customers to uncover real-world workflows and turn them into transformative AI solutions. Gain deep exposure to B2B sales cycles, go-to-market strategy, and customer success. Contribute to both the technical design and business impact of products that redefine how B2B revenue teams operate. You will report directly to the Director of Product and be responsible for building a strong foundation for product prioritisation, surfacing data insights, and learning market trends. What you'll do Build the Future: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and scale AI-powered products. Think Like a Founder: Participate in every stage of the product lifecycle—ideation, design, prototyping, launch, and iteration. Be Close to the Customer: Engage directly with mid-market and enterprise users, uncover their day to day workflows, and turn insights into product strategy. Shape Strategy: Analyze trends, research competitive dynamics, and help craft the vision of AI marketers across industries. Drive Impact: Ensure your products aren't just shipped, but truly deliver measurable outcomes for customers. What makes you stand out 0–2 years experience (freshers with strong projects welcome). Strong structured thinking and ability to translate data into insights, define metrics clearly (not vanity metrics). Strong communication: you can align stakeholders across product/engineering/business. You can tell stories using dashboards + crisp writeups. Build any AI products Good to have: SQL proficiency (joins, aggregations, funnel-style analysis). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.). Understanding of B2B SaaS product usage patterns and account-based workflows. Behavioral requirements High ownership and thrive in ambiguity. Hustler mindset: you take initiative and move things forward without waiting. Curious and eager to learn — you enjoy building systems and improving them.
