UnlimitedAstro is looking for a Marketing Intern to support the performance marketing team in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to campaign setup, creative testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced app growth environment. Role Overview As a Marketing Intern , you will work closely with the marketing team to support paid user acquisition efforts for UnlimitedAstro. You will assist in campaign execution, creative analysis, reporting, and coordination with design and content teams to improve ad performance. Responsibilities Assist in setting up and monitoring Meta and Google ad campaigns. Support audience research, targeting ideas, and campaign segmentation. Track daily campaign performance and prepare basic reports. Analyze creatives and help identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging. Coordinate with the creative team for ad asset requirements and testing. Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, placements, and audiences. Help maintain campaign trackers, dashboards, and optimization notes. Research competitors, ad trends, and best-performing ad formats in the astrology and spirituality category. Work with the marketing team on scaling, optimization, and troubleshooting campaign performance. Required Skills Strong interest in performance marketing and media buying. Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads. Good analytical mindset and comfort with numbers and data. Ability to understand creatives from a performance perspective. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, or ad platforms is a plus. Good to Have Exposure to app install campaigns, lead generation, or conversion campaigns. Understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CVR. Interest in astrology, spirituality, or consumer mobile apps. Experience with UGC ads, short-form video ads, or creator-led campaigns. Internship Details Duration: Summer internship, 8–12 weeks.
