The primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries from prospective parents, providing information about the institution, and promoting enrollment. Tele Callers are also expected to maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up with leads, and work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone Ability to manage and maintain detailed call records and follow up effectively Proficiency in local languages alongside English to effectively communicate with diverse audiences Basic computer skills for data entry and familiarity with CRM software is preferred Prior experience in a customer service or tele-calling role is a plus Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous
