About the Role
financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards of Paintcraft business. Ensure timely and accurate closing of books of accounts. Preparation of MIS on a monthly basis. General Ledger Management: Ensuring proper accounting of customer advances & raising of invoice and collection received. Oversee GST on Customer advances and adjustment of same against invoice booking. Oversee reconciliations of accounts, including bank. Maintain integrity and accuracy of the general ledger. Compliance & Audit: Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency in accounting and reporting. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business team, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors. Provide timely and accurate financial information to management for decision-making.
