Human Resources Intern
About the Role
We're looking for an HR Intern who is excited about building teams and learning the end-to-end hiring process. This role will work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment across functions. Duration: 3 months Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing roles Screen resumes based on role requirements Screening & Coordination Conduct initial HR screening calls Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers Ensure smooth interview experience and timely follow-ups Hiring Process Management Maintain candidate trackers and hiring dashboards Support in drafting JDs and posting jobs Collect interview feedback and ensure closure within timelines Assist in offer rollouts and documentation What We're Looking For Graduate / pursuing MBA (HR preferred) Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets Proactive and eager to learn Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time Who we are Led by the OG Blissqueen, Minu Margeret: https://in.linkedin.com/in/minu-margeret-2a 414057 Blissclub was founded in 2020 by Minu, because she couldn't find great quality activewear where the fit, functionality and feel were just right.
