The Opportunity We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer who is passionate about building robust, scalable systems. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Ownership: Translate product requirements into technical specifications and take full accountability for the feature's success in production. System Design: Apply both Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) principles to ensure services are modular, efficient, and scalable. Clean Coding: Write Python code that is not only functional but clean, well-documented, and easy for others to maintain. Observability: Ensure every feature is production-ready by implementing proper instrumentation, logging, and monitoring. Collaborative Growth: Participate in rigorous code reviews and design sessions to maintain a high bar for technical excellence. What We're Looking For Python Proficiency: Strong fundamental knowledge of Python and its ecosystem. Design Thinker: A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and how to architect systems for scale. Quality First: A mindset geared toward writing self-documenting code and comprehensive unit tests. Self-Starter: The ability to navigate ambiguity and the drive to research and implement solutions independently. Education/Experience: Open to both experienced developers and fresh graduates with exceptional projects, internships, or open-source contributions.
