About the Role We are looking for a high-energy Go-To-Market Sales Intern to help expand CP across colleges and companies in Tamil Nadu. You will work directly on college partnerships, employer outreach, and market expansion, playing a key role in scaling employability programs for job seekers. This is a hands-on growth role involving communication, research, outreach, and field engagement. Location – Chennai Type - Remote/Work from home Duration – Contract to Perm Key Responsibilities College & University Partnerships (B2B Sales) - Engage with colleges to present and explain CP programs - Build relationships with placement officers, faculty, and administrators - Support onboarding of colleges into CPs ecosystem Employer Outreach - Connect with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers - Promote CPs talent access and hiring support services - Help companies discover and use free hiring-related offerings Market Research & Growth Insights - Conduct continuous research on education and hiring ecosystem - Identify trends in campus hiring and fresher recruitment - Support strategy with real-world field insights Brand & Social Outreach - Promote CP programs across social media platforms - Support digital outreach and awareness campaigns Field Engagement - Travel across Tamil Nadu for college and client meetings when required What We're Looking For - Strong communication and presentation skills - Clear and confident English articulation - High curiosity and interest in research & learning - Self-driven and highly motivated personality - Strong execution and results orientation - Open-minded and highly adaptable - Comfortable using social media for professional outreach - Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu - Prior sales experience is a plus, not mandatory - No specific educational qualification required What You Get - Remote work with field exposure across Tamil Nadu - Performance-based increments every 3 months - Close mentorship in sales, partnerships, and growth strategy - Real startup experience in Go-To-Market execution How to apply Please send your CV and a 5 min video of you answering below question to [HIDDEN TEXT] Question: Give your sales pitch on why do you prefer a Sales role and what makes you the best candidate for this role *Please note: Only applications submitted with the video will be considered for review.
