Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and guiding homebuyers through the entire purchasing journey. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering tailored property recommendations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. As part of the team, you will work to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to business development strategies. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building, client engagement, and sales communication Proficiency in presenting and negotiating contracts effectively Ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored property recommendations Understanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru and related trends Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in real estate sales or related industries is beneficial Proficiency in CRM software or other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
