Job Title: Sales Executive – Healthcare Finance Location: Pan India Department: Core Business (Healthcare Lending) About the Role We are looking to build a high-performance sales team to scale our healthcare financing business. This role involves working closely with hospitals and healthcare operators to drive adoption of working capital solutions such as dropline OD, business loans, and debtor financing. The position requires a strong sales mindset with the ability to independently source, pitch, and close deals. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the hospital and healthcare segment Drive sales of working capital products including OD lines, debtor financing, and business loans Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital owners, and administrative stakeholders Own the complete deal lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation, closure, and disbursement Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursals Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Eligibility Criteria 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Banking, NBFC, or financial services Freshers with a Commerce background (B.Com, MBA, or equivalent) may apply Prior exposure to working capital products, OD facilities, or business loans is preferred Experience in the healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage
