Job description Junior Social Media Executive Location: K10 Grand, Sarabhai Campus, Vadodara Work Mode: Onsite Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM Working Days: Monday to Friday Job Overview We are hiring a Junior Social Media Coordinator / Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media execution for multiple client accounts. The role includes social media posting, engagement handling, scheduling content, coordinating with the creative team, and supporting basic campaign execution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others. Freshers or candidates with basic experience are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage social media posting for multiple client accounts. Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, shorts, and campaign content. Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for creatives and captions. Maintain posting calendars and ensure timely publishing. Handle comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement professionally. Write basic captions, hashtags, short post copy, and story content. Monitor basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, and followers. Support campaign execution and daily social media activities. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, hashtags, and engagement practices. Prepare regular posting and engagement reports. Required Skills Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. Good written communication skills. Basic content writing and caption-writing ability. Knowledge of hashtags, trends, engagement, and posting practices. Ability to manage multiple client accounts. Organized and deadline-oriented mindset. Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools. Willingness to learn social media marketing and campaign strategy. Preferred Skills Internship or basic experience in social media handling. Knowledge of Reels, Stories, Shorts, and LinkedIn posting. Basic understanding of analytics and engagement tracking.
