Role Description We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to join our culinary team at CGH Earth's Alappuzha location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee and execute the preparation of continental dishes, from conceptualization to plating. Responsibilities include menu creation, maintaining high-quality food standards, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. You will collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and provide guests with exceptional dining experiences while embracing CGH Earth's sustainable and responsible hospitality principles. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of Continental cuisine and proficiency in all aspects of cooking techniques Menu creation, food presentation, and recipe development skills Leadership and team management capabilities in a kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and inventory management Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, or a related discipline Proficiency in sustainable and eco-friendly cooking practices is an added advantage Previous experience in a luxury or boutique hotel setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for creating culinary experiences consistent with CGH Earth's ethos
