Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Develop engaging captions, post ideas, and reel concepts • Plan and execute structured content calendars • Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns) • Monitor and respond to audience interactions (DMs and comments) • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution • Track insights and prepare regular performance reports • Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates Qualifications & Skills • Strong written communication and content development skills • Understanding of social media analytics and insights • Knowledge of content planning and scheduling tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Strong organizational and coordination skills
