Role Overview We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Sourcing Executive to support vendor identification, cost negotiations, and supply continuity across categories critical to our manufacturing and operations. Given our strong supplier and contract manufacturing base in China , this role requires proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to enable seamless communication with Chinese vendors and partners. The candidate will act as a key bridge between our internal teams and overseas suppliers. This role is ideal for someone with 0–3 years of sourcing or procurement experience who is comfortable working closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and operations teams in a global environment. What You'll Do Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for domestic and international sourcing requirements Manage day-to-day communication with Chinese suppliers and contract manufacturers in Mandarin Support price discovery, negotiations, and cost benchmarking across sourcing categories Ensure timely availability of materials in coordination with production and planning teams Maintain vendor data, contracts, and sourcing documentation Track supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery metrics Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply, quality, or commercial issues Support category-level sourcing strategies and cost optimization initiatives Develop alternate supplier options to reduce supply risk Who You Are 0–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations / related field Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory Experience working with Chinese vendors or in global sourcing environments is strongly preferred Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills Good Excel and data-handling skills Comfortable working in an execution-heavy, fast-paced environment
