Lead Generation Associate
About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce and promote products/services.
2. Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert interest into sales or scheduled appointments for the core sales team.
3. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing, and tailor sales pitches based on customer feedback and needs.
4. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in a CRM system or provided spreadsheet (e.g., MS Excel).
6. Meet or exceed agreed-upon daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to provide informed recommendations.
