Role Description CK Creatives Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to join our Sales Team in a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales. This role requires engaging with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients to promote CK Creatives branding, advertising, and marketing solutions. The candidate should have strong market understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships. Experience in the marketing, branding, advertising, or creative industry will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate stakeholders Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches for CK Creatives services Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth Manage client accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and execution Develop strategies for market penetration and business expansion Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (mandatory) Strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Language proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory Hindi and Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage Prior experience in the marketing, branding, advertising, or creative industry is a plus Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred We are specifically looking for strong B2B sales professionals who can drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.
