Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Executive located in Visakhapatnam. The Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist in office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate communication within and outside the organization. The role also includes basic accounting responsibilities to support business operations. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage office schedules, records, and logistics Exceptional Customer Service skills to support client queries and provide a seamless experience Basic knowledge of Accounting for handling invoicing, expenses, and financial records Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or related fields are a plus
