About the Role

Department : Sales & Business Development ClovekWealth is a fast-growing Investment Advisory firm offering transparent equity and mutual fund advisory solutions through curated Investment Advisory Portfolios (IAPs). We work closely with distributors, IFAs and partners to help investors build long-term wealth through disciplined, research-backed strategies. Role Overview : We are looking for a high-energy Channel Sales & Business Development to support our efforts in expanding Assets Under Management (AUM) through distributor and IFA partnerships. This internship offers hands-on exposure to channel sales, investment advisory distribution, GTM execution and relationship management in a growth-stage wealth management firm. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales leadership, wealth management or investment advisory. Key Responsibilities : Assist Relationship Managers in managing partner interactions, lead tracking, client coordination and ongoing engagement. Support AUM growth by assisting in distributor/IFA onboarding, activation, follow ups and contribution to sales closures. Support execution of GTM initiatives including product launches, sales campaigns, partner outreach and market rollouts. Help organize and coordinate distributor meetings and product awareness sessions. Conduct basic market and competitor research to track distributor trends, investor behaviour and product positioning. Maintain accurate CRM updates, MIS reports, sales trackers and documentation to support sales performance monitoring. Ensure all sales, partner and client interactions follow SEBI/AMFI regulations and internal compliance processes. Role Value Proposition Practical exposure to mutual funds, equity markets, and investment advisory products Understanding of channel sales models and distributor-driven growth Hands-on experience with GTM strategy execution and sales operations Exposure to CRM tools, sales analytics, and compliance-first sales processes Compensation & Incentive Structure : CTC ₹2.4 lakhs per annum. Additional performance-based incentives will be offered for partner activation and product sales, as per company policy. Out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed as applicable. Eligibility Criteria: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Finance) Strong interest in sales, business development and financial markets Willingness to work in a field and channel-based sales environment Basic understanding of mutual funds and capital markets (preferred) Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Skills Required : Sales orientation and relationship-building mindset Analytical and data-driven approach Strong ownership, learning agility and execution focus Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment High ethical standards and compliance-first mindset
