The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for connecting with potential clients to understand their needs, providing tailored consultations, and assisting with program inquiries. Daily tasks will include conducting client follow-ups, handling order processing, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The role requires a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales and Account Management Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships Experience in Order Processing, with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Ability to collaborate with team members and adapt to a dynamic work environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
