In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of client implementations, assist in onboarding workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams and help ensure successful project execution. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment while gaining hands-on exposure to project management, client communication and SaaS operations. What You'll Work On Client Implementations Support onboarding and deployment activities for new clients / pilots Assist in tracking implementation progress and timelines Integration & Configuration Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, configurations, and setup activities Help document technical requirements and workflows Project Planning & Execution Assist in creating project plans, trackers and milestone updates Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks Stakeholder Coordination Support communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting notes / documentation Reporting & Metrics Maintain project trackers and dashboards Share regular updates on project status, blockers, and progress Key Responsibilities Assist in managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously Maintain project timelines, documentation and status reports Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for deployment-related activities Proactively track risks, blockers, and dependencies Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders Support onboarding activities alongside Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams Help standardise processes and documentation for smoother project execution Requirements Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Final Semester), Management, Business, or related field Strong interest in Project Management, SaaS implementation or enterprise software delivery Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum or project management concepts Good understanding of APIs, integrations and cloud-based platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Interest in learning new tools for project management and task management Basic familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Good to Have Skills Understanding to AI/ML-based SaaS products Basic knowledge of APIs & Work flows Internship or academic project experience in client-facing or technical roles What We Value Ownership and willingness to learn Structured thinking and execution focus Adaptability and problem-solving mindset Attention to detail and process orientation Proactive communication and teamwork Perks: Expand your knowledge: You get to buy a course or book worth Rs. 1000 every month (we reimburse it).
