Analyst - Guest Relations
About the Role
Responsible for the delivery of FM services within capita managed buildings. To manage front of house services, to include, but not limited to; reception, conference room bookings, conference suite and event support ensuring all customers are greeted in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Job Title Analyst - Guest Relations Job Description Delivering support in the Capita FM arena for both Projects and BAU To manage the service delivery contractors in your building(s) To ensure that efficient data is captured in relation to QSM, and SLAs as required Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to, at all times Ensure that any customer complaints are promptly dealt with, and action taken to prevent reoccurrence Manage and assist with meeting / conference room bookings Provide assistance with internal and external events where necessary To assist in all administrative team tasks and additional support services where applicable liaising with hospitality, cleaning, mailroom teams Raise purchase orders where required Equipment and Fleet management at all properties Location: Pune , India Time Type Full time Contract Type Permanent
