Therefore, the largest fitness brand in India now aims to build the largest sports destination in the country with cult.sport India is a country with a Billion+ sports fans, but only a few take the field. The operations executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial spare parts, including management, processing, and reordering, managing spare parts, coordinating equipment replacements, and handling credit note claims. This role involves close coordination with the internal teams including category, sales manufacturer, project, vendor & ground team, to ensure efficient and effective operations. Roles & Responsibilities :  Spare Parts Management:  Oversee the inventory of commercial spare parts to ensure optimal stock levels.  Process orders and manage the reordering of spare parts to maintain supply continuity.  Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and vendors for timely delivery of spare parts. Spare Parts Management: - Manage free-of-cost (FOC) & chargable spare parts distribution. - Ensure proper documentation and tracking of parts. Equipment Replacement Management:- Coordinate for equipment replacement as needed, documentation, and facilitate smooth equipment swaps - Claiming the spare parts and equipment free of cost from manufacturers. Coordination and Communication:- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure all processes are running smoothly. - Provide regular updates and reports on spare part status, equipment replacements, and credit note claims. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
